Some find it easier to walk and talk: to talk about important things when they are walking, on the move. The Mind and Body are one system, which means that if we move our bodies our minds will also alter. This is hugely helpful when trying to find solutions to a problem that may feel a bit stuck.
Walking and talking can encourage creative, deeper ways of thinking; and through connecting with the natural world around us, we also make room for a deeper connection with ourselves.
Please note that you walk at your own risk, so if you feel uncomfortable at any time with this aspect of our session, please let me know immediately so that we can stop. If the weather makes it impossible to walk, I will cancel the session and we can rearrange another date. I will call you half an hour before our walk, if this is the case.
